Sorry for not keeping the site up for a long time. I've gotten involved in other things and lost a interest in running the site. If anyone is interested in taking it over, let me know. I realized today that when I switched servers a year ago, I didn't setup the email for the site correctly. It's fixed now, so I'll actually receive the email from the contact us form.
Game Conventions.net strives to be the most complete game convention listing on the net. We also have resources for convention goers and convention organizers: links to other convention listing sites, a adventure/scenario warehouse for Game Masters (coming soon), and links to places to advertise your convention.
What is a Gaming Convention?
Most Game Conventions are events that draw players of Role Playing Games (Dungeons and Dragons, GURPS, etc.), Miniatures (Warhammer, BattleTech, Battleground, etc.), Collectable Card Games (Magic the Gathering, Warlord, etc.) and strategy/board games (Settlers of Catan to Monopoly). Conventions provide a place for everyone to play. Generally there are special guests, and special events (used game auctions, seminars, etc.). Conventions are a great place to find/try new games, learn new strategies from new oppenents and socialize with others with the same hobby.
